test: WebSocket API test suite (19 cases)

Browse Source 
Covers connection, protocol robustness, get_status, load_graph,
stop/start_node, crash detection, and multi-client push.
Runs against a live studio-manager; --skip-nodes skips tests
that need node binaries and MXL.

Run: ./tests/.venv/bin/python3 tests/test_ws_api.py
